We walked from Bonaventure hotel , up the hill to this iconic fabulously designed building. Don't make the mistake we made of following google and going through the tunnel. It sits above it on the hill. Nice walking tour back through city with many interconnected walkways and art sculptures along the way . If you have time, go for a walk to spot this shiny folded wonder.

The Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles is nothing short of an architectural masterpiece. Designed by the legendary Frank Gehry, its striking exterior is an immediate showstopper. The way the light plays off the curved metal surfaces throughout the day creates an ever-changing visual experience, making it captivating from every angle. Stepping inside, the architectural brilliance continues. Gehry envisioned the lobby as a "living room for the city," and it truly feels like a welcoming and airy space. Natural light floods in through large windows, illuminating the warm and inviting interior. The massive columns, clad in Douglas fir, are reminiscent of tree trunks, adding an organic touch to the modern design. The use of natural materials like wood throughout the interior creates a sense of warmth and intimacy, a beautiful contrast to the cool exterior. However, the beauty of the Walt Disney Concert Hall isn't just skin deep. It was designed from the inside out, with a primary focus on acoustics.
